This toy arrives in an open fronted cardboard box measuring approx 27cm wide x 13cm deep x 30.5cm high.

It is an awkward shape to wrap so it would be much easier to pop it into a gift bag.

The Pegasus arrives with batteries already installed so can be played with straight away.
It will start beeping when the batteries have nearly run out so you know to change them.
Battery compartment is hidden on the Pegasus tummy under a flap of faux fur held closed with velcro.
You need a small cross headed screwdriver to open it (so little ones can't get at the batteries) & it takes 3 x AA batteries.
I'd get some back up ones as this is a toy that gets played with a lot.

When this arrives, it is set to the try me position on the battery box, you can change that to on (then it will make more sounds & walk when the lead is pulled) or off (when you need a break!).

It has a completely plushie head with a soft pink mane & tail.
Under the plushie fur it has a harder body & legs, so it's not really a toy to cuddle in bed.
The wings are padded but have a small strut in them so they can flap while walking.
She comes with hair clips so her mane & tail can be styled.
Features are embroidered on, so there is no danger of eyes coming off.

Kids who have played with this seem to absolutely love taking it for a walk & it's really cute.
The noises aren't too loud so it won't drive parents mad & you can carefully sponge clean the surface if they get mucky excited handprints on them. (damp sponge only, so you don't damage the mechanisms.)
It goes very slowly, so toddlers have no trouble keeping up if they are steady on their feet.

This Pegasus is a character in a new Barbie series starring Brooklyn & Malibu which is available on Netflix & called A touch of Magic.
